thanks to 4chan being dead, it's the first time I played a story act without spoilers. It was pretty good imo, no great but ok.Phoenix if a bit weird, her story self is way more stern than I'd expect after all her out of game content being so light and comical. I was hoping it'd get more serious like in Devil May Cry 3, 4, and 5 (kinda) where the rock and electronic gets dropped for more traditional sounding instruments to drive home the gravity of the situation. That, or at least stop with whatever the fuck they've got going on with the tracks and give us something coherent. The electronic lately has been too.... what's a good way to describe it? There's so many notes and high pitched dubstep sounding elements it sounds "thin". The guitars and drums are build and deliver proper hype for what is a badass moment. Rock seems to have been abandoned for some reason. I remember Long Live the King being one of the reasons I even downloaded the game in the first place, because I was excited to see the other tracks and the context they appeared in. Now?
