It really is automatic in almost all cases. Hell I just fucking disassembled a game engine from 1998 and had claude build an interpreter to run games in a modern client. It took 12,000 lines of code but by the end I had a perfectly functional, snazzy client that works great. With AI doing that, translating some fucking UI is no longer an issue.
