This is why stellar conduct teams tend to run all cryo/electro units or maybe one anemo - some have ele infusions that can also apply cryo/electro.One final thing, Mitya himself doesn't seem to have much electro app in beta footage. He gets one hit per CA and that might not register at a useful time due to the 4 second interval lasting longer than his CA. In teams with 2 cryos with good off field app, Mitya could potentially benefit from cryo resonance on most of his CA hits as well.
