you only need to build Cycle Intensity for one character in the duo right? Say I have BB and Akane in the team, BB has the highest CI so doesn't matter how much I build CI for Akane it always counts BB's when I trigger cycle between them?

I saw someone mention that the old 3D GTA maps were designed with winding and semi-bizarre road layouts to buffer load times and make sure there's never too much to load in at once.Reminded me of some of the insane dead ends and roundabout pathing in the NTE road network. These three in particular piss me off daily. The Coluccis should mobilize some union mooks and get this shit fixed

If you're heading towards Bridge Crossings you either need to make another left and then a right at the bayside road, or remember to turn left at Akihabara one block before the end of the street. It's poor traffic engineering for a main thoroughfare connection. The left turn phase to accommodate SB traffic at the akiba intersection will be way too long and lead to backups in the eastbound lanes, where it could be much better handled one street down at the end of the road with less conflicts. But for some reason they couldn't connect that street to Fiscus Ave. There isn't even private land in the way either, it's just a public park and staircase beneath an elevated rail line. Plenty of clearance for a nice intersection here. And you can't say the residents are concerned about the noise pollution since they allowed the above-ground rail. Baffling.
