is boundless spirit actually kinda bad on victor/in general? it really doesn't seem worth it compared to literally any other spirit t4. even in the most extreme situation for that 15% extra spirit power to kick in (max level, max spirit investment) you're only getting like an extra 100 battery damage/jumpstart healing and 40 aura dpswhen instead you can>get EE to massively increase your damage and lifesteal instead>get eshift to dodge ultslop and get free aura damage + buffs>get spirit burn or scourge to do more total damage as you w+m1ect ect so why would I ever fucking buy this? even in a game that goes to 70k or something there's a bunch of greens and even the odd orange t4 that's going to help me way more

So characters should not be designed as "carries" or "supports" rather as "Sustained spirit damage" "gun character" "shielder & healer" "initiator" etc.The game should then such be designed so that the objectives can be completed without needing a massive power spike character, for example the Rift providing a powerful creep wave ala Heroes of the Storm.This is the objective TRVKE best possible way that the Deadlock should be balanced but people will go "erhm it's a MOBA" as if genres are prescriptive instead of descriptive.
