Her leech is insane and is pretty much free 200 damage because it's very hard to miss (and even if she does, sometimes you just walk on them because they're too small and last for 8s). On top of that, your best option is to retreat (harder to do so because it drains stamina) to not let her get the leeches but even that won't matter that much since it lasts for 3 minutes and heals her for atleast 100 + gives stamina, making it a free pick every time.The only thing I can think of is if you have a dogshit character as lane partner but you can always just swap lanes.
