How to maximize your odds of getting senectus (up to 95%+ success rate): Run sig (ross's signature partner) + peko (sereniel's signature partner) + 3rd character is whoever you're building and get down to around 30-50% hp. You can do this by sitting in the first fight of the chaos (senectus is guaranteed to not be able to spawn here) and letting them hit you until you're around 30-50% hp. Then, while staying at 30-50% hp, maximize as many normal and elite battles until you hit senectus, and then immediately pivot to building your save data with event tiles and shops. DON'T TAKE THE REDUCE NEXT 3 ENEMIES TO 1 HP BUFF AS HE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO SPAWN IN THOSE FIRST 3 FIGHTS OTHERWISE.Notes:-When I mean maximize as many normal and elites as possible, I mean sacrificing shops and event tiles early on for them. The earlier you hit senectus, the more time you'll have to hit shops and event tiles later on.-If you dont have sig or peko, that's fine. Just run a 3rd character of your choosing (I personally prefer a healer but just don't play their heals unless you're in danger of dying). Make sure, however, that that 3rd character is NOT mika (her e2 makes her passively heal when hit) and DOESN'T have alyssa as a partner (her partner passive heals you after fights). -If you're building ross or sereniel, make sure, however, that the 3rd character is NOT mika and DOESN'T have alyssa as a partner. If you're building ross specifically, you can use the distortion adaption system to get a temporary sig on ross, meaning that you can run another striker w/ your sig on your 3rd character slot for even greater odds at senectus.-So far, I estimate that, with peko and sig, your success rate should be 95%+. With only one or the other, it may be closer to 80%+.**TL;DR: Use partners that increase Senectus chance like Sig/Peko, avoid using Mika or Alyssa, lower your HP to 30-50% in first battle, hit as many combat nodes as you can until you get Senectus while low HP**
