Hyperlane demo is out. It's a tricky game where movement is aimed by the head but you need to look around to shoot enemies behind you and around you. The result is that I basically had no agency over where I was flying and felt like I was either choosing between flying and shooting at any time, which resulted in me hitting a wall and dying.

For example; tedious bits of blender like refitting and fixing broken mesh, fixing materials, and that kind of junk isn't a creative process it's just something I don't want to do. Even then if you do outsource more and more of the actual creation, if you're not being along the ride with it, not happy with the output, then you iterate and change it. You use your creative juices to focus it onto what matches your vision, rather than having the AI grant you a vision that you then tick and go yep that's cool and then publish. With AI you can still drive but since it can drive itself people will just let it take over and produce garbage.

Longrip demo - game made from unity store assets. It's not terrible and it's reasonably playable as a real game. I think if this came out with custom assets it'd be easier to recommend.
