Similarly, chimeras stop being scary when you bring Solemnity.And fwiw, don't think about the game as a matter of character level. When you find better equipment, you should notice how much it outpaces your base stats.

What warrior skills are good? I'm past the fallen dragon but really the only skills I seem to use are heavensward sunder, tidal rage and titanic cleave. Blood pact doesn't seem like it's all that great. Indomitable lash usually does less damage than heavensward sunder, and yes I'm releasing them at the right times. None of the other skills seem good. Razing sweep is whatever, it's decent in ghouls but basically does no damage to anything else. It's just Titanic and heavensward

After finishing the DLC, Daimon is definitely a better final DLC boss presentation because you can actually understand what the fuck he's saying, the arena is much more atmospheric, and 99% certain the fight is better too but I need to boot up DDDA over the weekend to confirm that it's not just memory.He very distinctly stands out in my memory of being a good bit tougher on an initial encounter, and applying a lot more pressure constantly, while Satan's teleporting is both annoying by forcing a disengage and killing your uptime on a melee vocation, but also provides constant microbreaks in the pressure.DA2 feels like it has a bit of a teleporting enemy problem between the barbatiggers and Satan, and their smoky fart cloud attacks also don't feel very evocative of anything, even if there's a thematic build up of the smoky fart clouds from the first time you encounter the ghouls that progresses throughout the DLC plot, it just doesn't culminate into anything well.
