It's not a bad choice if you want enjoyable gameplay.If you care about story, Girls Frontline 1 is the only other gacha game out there with a pretty good story. If you're interested in some guy's Metal Gear Solid fanfiction but with robot girls, this one's not a bad choice. The first hour or two of story is kinda nothing until you start getting to the event stories, but that just means the beginning is no worse than any other gacha game. The story is also 100% complete, which is rather rare among gacha games. I personally find the gameplay fun, but most people seem to find it archaic. The code is also as janky and barely functional so it should be familiar territory for a PM fan.GFL also has no energy system or gacha banners for characters so I'd say that's a plus.Trickcal's pretty cute and funny. I haven't played it for too long so I don't have too much to say about it, but whay I've read of the main story and events so far has been fun. The gameplay is whatever, but the daily grind is real simple. The most time consuming part of it is feeding my chibis and chatting to them once a day.The chibis are also hot, hot as hell.Every other gacha is shit so just pick your poison if you aren't interested in these two.
