What even are the mechanics behind plainsrunning. Does it just immediately drop to 0 in combat? Does it stack with any other movement bonuses? Movement speed has always been good for uptime on a target, and as a result DPS, even if it's not as impressive sounding as any normal offensive stat bonus. Unless it's functionally useless in combat.
