I'm pretty sure this tier list combines both TOA and Whiwa, and Hsin is much better in Whiwa than Suoming. Lucilla is good value as she has 2 modes and BIS for both Hiyuki and Sigrika, makes sense. SK doesn't have as much value if you have recent characters. As alot of newer DPSs get 100% CR without her lib. She's also not good value because she costs $150 :^)

The story can’t keep relying on constant “popcorn-style” spectacle and escalation. From the Avengers-style gathering in Version 2.7 to the mecha battle in Version 3.3, the intensity was pushed all the way to the max. It was exciting and incredibly spectacular! But sooner or later, relying on that kind of spectacle too much can lead to visual fatigue.That’s why I feel that the story of *Xuánfāng and Mengzhou* puts much more emphasis on its inner themes and emotional depth. Even with that shift, the presentation still manages to deliver some truly grand and spectacular moments. That’s why I rate Versions 3.5–3.7 so highly. The storytelling feels more mature and consistent, while continuing to introduce new ideas (the anime-style opening, for example?). I honestly find it really interesting.As for character screen time, a lot of players feel that Character A didn’t get enough attention, Character B got too little, and so on. But honestly, Wuthering Waves simply has too much material that needs to be developed, while the amount of time and resources a game can realistically dedicate to each character is limited.That’s why I hope the Wuthering Waves anime/TV series can focus more on the worldbuilding and the characters from each region. Ideally, it could become something like:*Game = the story from the Rover’s perspective* *Series = the story from the perspectives of other characters*The two could develop in parallel, giving players much more story and worldbuilding, while occasionally converging during certain versions or major events.
