something that confuses me is how infrequently point blank is builtclose-quarters sure, but rarely is it (in build guides, at least) upgraded to the full thing. it seems like a pretty good return on investment. like 2.5x what the component does in terms of weapon damage for an extra 3x of its component's price, sure; but you get an added slow, call it ~600 souls (same slow strength as slowing bullets but minus the (more valuable) dash reduction), and ~300 souls worth of health as a sweetener. that seems pretty good, no?i get it on heroes who will probably not be in its range after lane, but for a hero like Venator whose gun has a lot of spread + a shotgun that wall-stuns, that's kinda always his maximally effective range. yet it's a slot-lock-tier purchase for him, if not outright sold later onbarring matches where you go "oh. yeah this is a T0 shotgun, ult->nade-max lobby" i don't really get itis there something obvious that i'm missing or is this going to be like swift striker + titanic mag, where i read people shitting on it while finding a lot of success with it, and then suddenly it's the meta buildas an aside wow i really wish PB's range scaled with greater expansion's item range like hunter's aura does. that would make it a no-brainer (on Venator) in my eyes
