Summary of Part 2 of the event, don't click unless you want giga spoilersThe Queen is made from Dr. Alva's body which is part of why Maria wants to destroy it. VTC didn't want the future of humanity to be handled by machines, they wanted a human element so they started Project AD to intentionally fuck over the Queen and 7 Arbiters. The Queen created Raptures in retaliation to fuck over humanity. Marian and SKK fall in love. SKK retains his memories because he has a NIMPH capsule inserted into his neck that records all his shit so that even when he dies he can get revived just like her. Marian asks Maria what her feelings for No.7 are, she says "He's just a single warm memory from a tough time in my life, he means nothing to me" and Marians "Then that memory is mine now, it's not yours anymore." because she does love him. Marian and SKK make a bunch of promises as they fall deeper in love. One day while passing through a city they find a wedding dress which Marian puts on and they have a faux wedding ceremony where they exchange vows. Oh also it's implied that Marian probably brutally fucking murders SKK a bunch of times when she gets corrupted. On one attempt they finally reach the goal, Marian immediately gets corrupted and kills SKK. Marian asks if this means the experiments are over, but Maria says no they will continue. Marian snaps and basically says she'd had enough of this bullshit and she wants SKK to be free. After a heart to heart Maria acknowledges that Marian is human and that she is terrible. They bring SKK to the secret lab where she calls him her son in law. Marian removes SKK's nimph capsule which results in him losing all his memories. At the same time Maria hacks Enikk and deletes all data regarding Marian, No.7, herself and the experiment while calling her a shit AI.1/2

Nah, story went to shit the moment Red Hood was revealed. It's obvious as fuck they didn't plan ANYTHING after that.They had a basic idea at the start with dystopian Ark, Raptures etc. and that main heroine (Rapi) had some sort of epic mentor who's long gone and was part of the EPIC Pilgrim squad. After that and the fact Red Hood was basically a shonen hero and was literally too cool to be allowed to live and was killed off (and was popular as fuck) they just went full shonen shit and the story suffered after that.
