The melee animations are so fucking bad in first person and photo mode shows they've atleast somewhat already got the animations for third person ready, ignoring enemy npc's using some of the shit you have. Why even have all these clothes options and a character created if I never even see them. It was a mistake for Act 1 to be the Relic heist. Act 1 should have been all the events of the intro cutscene. It should have been you, Jackie and T-Bug making a name for yourselves. Whole thing should have been just doing side quests, police bounties and gigs until you get a certain street cred level, and only then would Dex consider you for the heist. Basically, the game should have frontloaded all the side content, making you do like half of it before the main quest even begins so that the latter half of the game is mostly story (and also so that your rep as a merc and relationship with Jackie is established properly).

I'm trying to decide on power pistol mods, and I don't really understand all the systems at play. As far as weapon mods go isn't equalizer pretty much always the best one? 20% extra damage against the enemies you wont just quickly kill seems better than the rest, but I don't really understand how something like converting to thermal damage really changes shit either. Though I'm guessing firecracker is better than any of them ultimately when I actually can get it.
