A Fire Jotun was taken down by some imperials in a quest. Careful Shooter + minor passion in shooting isn't bad, and he's another crafter like Mica. A minor passion in intellectual also makes him a good choice for being a Monolyn mechanitor. The Monolyns are close to unlocking mechas which can be either piloted manually or controlled by Monolyns with mechlinks. All of that makes him a good candidate for baptism.

I think it still has that issue even today but I wouldn't know since it's the only DLC I didn't buy because it looked both boring and annoying simultaneously (although I want to do a golden cube worshiping colony someday). Sadly I think the other DLCs also have dumb stuff like that where Ideology does (or did) constant checks to see if people were wearing role apparel (instead of just checking every time the pawn's apparel changed) and Odyssey does a constant check to see if you have a gravengine for some reason.
