Would you want a re-actualized Monk class in Forever if they got rid of the Panda and Oriental design philosophy slop?
I leveled prot warrior in turtle wow. Aside from being able to tank the occasional dungeon while leveling i noticed that the class was still quite slow while questing. It would take a lot of effort to kill more than a few mobs at a time. Stuff like world buffs and potions were needed to "feel strong" questing. Tell me one thing. Is classic plus prot warrior supposed to be slow in the spirit of classic or should it be a viable quick questing experience like what arms or fury are touted to be?

Horizontal was never going to work because the wow devs are not willing to make the grinds long. It works in OSRS because shit like lvling professions and what not takes a really really really long time, so once you get it finished it feels good and you don't have to do it again. But the wow devs are not willing to do it and not only that but have made it easier to both lvl and farm professions in forever. They're kind of betting on 'just make alts' to carry them but I doubt that's what people were really looking for when they said they wanted a permanent evergreen world to play wow in.
