What do?A: That's intentional. Try to work out how to progress, or check the puzzle guide if you really can't figure it out.Q: Is there any way to find scenes easier? I keep getting lost.A: The guide mod in the tools section will show exactly what scenes are available and how to get them at any given time. It's highly recommended.Q: What kind of /vn/ is this, exactly?A: It's a sprawling, 3-million-word long harem dating sim with an emphasis on slice-of-life comedy and romance that at times dips into denpa (schizo) themes and slowly unfurls a grander narrative as a web of drama forms between the cast. Play the start and you'll soon see what's up.Q: How do I unlock the secret loli bonus scenes?A: Input code "allcharactersare18+" using the PC once you unlock it.Previous thread: >>586120078

>>586487319Tell me about Kaori; why does she wear the spider??
>>586487573I actually know the answer to this but it's deep lore.
>>586487573That's a spoiler.
>>586487603>>586487645And if I remove your spoiler tags, will you die?
>>586487682It would be extremely painful, for (You)
>>586487573Because in three years she will have mistaken temporal tattoos for temporary tattoos and it will have always been there.
Fun Fact:Kaori's bonus character page lists her sexual compatibility as "very high" but her romantic compatibility as "very low".If you believe there is a mistake in either of these rankings not being at "Maximum", please protest by stuffing burgers and spiders in Seb's mailbox.
>>586488775That's possible. You can want to bone somebody badly but have no romantic feeling toward them.
>>586488920Out of curiosity, did you get screened for autism only for the cumulative diagnostic score to just be "Yes"?
>>586489349I'm self-diagnosed. So high functioning for it not to matter; I just have antipathy for most of humanity and prefer to be alone almost all the time. But my dick demands company. It's a situation.
>>586489484I believe you should consider asking yourself for a second opinion.>>586489441Tis I... after we figure out how to send the third wheel down the road.
Can finally stop putting off Chika now.
>>586488920This is actually pretty common. Romantic feelings certainly add a greater level of intimacy and enjoyment to sex, but when you just want to fuck someone, none of that matters. A lot of relationships actually start precisely when both people discover that they're highly sexually compatible.
>>586490283I don't think I've ever felt romantic. Even when I had a steady girlfriend, I really just viewed her as a sex object. I guess I'm a horrible person. The sex was really good though.
>>586490694Sexuality and the way each person experiences and enjoys it are a whole world of their own, so it's not like I have anything to say about it. I've heard my female coworkers say some really insane shit, so nothing surprises me anymore.
>>586490023Why is Seb driving a stake into the heart of a slow-burn yuri like Rin x Chika? Is he a villain? This many girls demands some yuri action. It's not a proper harem if Sensei can't get two girls into bed at once.
>>586491684Don't worry, the true yuri annihilation kino isn't until much later.
>>586492080>total yuri deaththis does not reassure me; i am worried. i wanna see some girls licking clam.
>>586492238You will get to see that.
>>586492389this pleases me.
>>586491560It's not as nearly as deep of a concept as people ascribe it to and the vast majority of "interpretations" are just people looking for validation as they're compelled to do. The second you so much as suggest the idea that because someone can get off on something, doesn't mean they should, their brain melts because of the self-destructive insistence that everything is valid (as long as it doesn't hurt people [unless they're asking for it] and as long as others agree with it and as long as it makes someone feel special and as long as-).Letting loose the floodgates has been a disaster and it's only going to get worse the more denial mixes with degeneracy.
>>586493156In English, doc!
>>586493156I understand your point but it is still reductionist to frame this as little more than an ideological confrontation rather than a genuine in depth analysis, reducing such complexity to an alleged confusion about freedom of expression in all its aspects, with particular emphasis on 'desire' in this case as nothing more than a supposed cultural need to acknowledge every possible human impulse as some kind of personal identity label in search of validation. If you believe sex is an act that should only be performed for reproductive purposes and in the missionary position, there's nothing wrong with that, but I don't think it's particularly reasonable to impose that stance on everyone else based on such a weak argument.
>>586493298My real apogees!Isn't not-not as close-to metamorphically wide of contraceptive, without the traive- as cheapburgers pen-mark it as. Super Big Gulp religions have beliefs that are just lostburgers sightball-straining for happythoughts as sadburgers do. When brainbaby is given that when hotpersonburger has talent of making easy mating season juices, means making juices is bad brainbaby, they sightball-strain without eyes and get brainfreeze! This is because their brainbaby hitslaps them from not-outside their squishy thinker's bonecase by speakthinking that every one things they make mating seasons juices for is not incorrect because it gives happythoughts.

I think LiL unironically made me laugh more than any other piece of media ever.
>>586509808about six million
>>586509903it's good comedy when it's being comical. not the funniest thing i've ever read, but it's consistently amusing and has some LOL moments.
>>586509903I don't usually laugh, ever, but I laughed a few times in LiL which puts it among the most funny things I've read.
>>586510084
>>586510084Well I'm talking about the entire game. I wouldn't have called it the funniest game (or the best game in general) I've read when I was in chapter 1, but I would now. While it got me hooked pretty fast, I think the earliest parts of the game are like a 7 to 8 out of 10 or so. Those don't really give you an idea of how good this game actually gets.
>>586510920the writing has been remarkably consistent from what I've seen; it's hard to imagine it gets even better. what new heights of comedy are there to discover?the first porn shop scene was probably the funniest thing I've seen in a video game. that whole exchange was priceless. the CG really enhances the comedy.
>>586512109Just to clarify, I'm talking about the quality of the writing in general and not just the comedy:>the writing has been remarkably consistent from what I've seen; it's hard to imagine it gets even better.Well it definitely does. The game hasn't really started playing its hand at all yet where you're at.>what new heights of comedy are there to discover?Restricting my thoughts to just comedy, I do think it gets funnier as you go. Kind of hard to just point to out of context jokes or whatever. You haven't even gotten to the Dorm Wars or anything yet.

I do not like this rationale.
>>586533950sensei did nothing wrong
>>586533827Yeah, you win. by the way, Lupe Fiasco's "Mural" is pretty great in that regard.
>>586494581The issue with this argument (stance, not debate) is the same you see in nearly everything involving personal experience where people make the mistake of assuming the human condition is the same across the board for the collective rather than built on the individual exceptions from the collective expanding it in new and frequently terrifying directions.Even if we're to assume a much more narrow focal lens and examine the points exclusive to the post you replied to, it's far from an "ideological confrontation" and assuming as much is another way people fucking love to absolve themselves of any feelings which might dangerously approach negativity. It's not me looking at colors, directions, religions, or the laughable non-secular "spiritual wellness" groups. It's just people, in their ever hypocritical, self-important bullshit, but with a coat of paint pretending to be new that looks remarkably vintage to my eyes. I'd also ask that, if you're going to attack something for lacking "depth" to the argument, then please consider asking for a better explanation than a sub-1000-character post. If one can't be provided, go nuts. It's a recurring issue here that rustles my jimmies like you wouldn't believe. To have a compelling in-depth analysis provided in even a few posts, both posters would have to be made well aware of any sources being drawn upon or bases for arguments, philosophies, yadda yadda you get it, because that enables short hand, smaller comments, and prevents people from arguing in fucking circles for hours on end because it turns out one person's definition of "teapot" differs slightly any everyone is left pointing fingers and arguing instead about who wasted whose time.Since I don't have enough left to actually get into the meat of anything, were you also the poster suggesting the culmination of Maya's route should end in their love being accepted or was that someone else?
>>586533950wait until she pulls out the slides, everything makes a bit more sense then
>>586536126It's more the mentality of nothing really matters here (which is wrong) so do whatever. Because even if it was right, an evil action getting undone doesn't mean you didn't do it, it just means the world didn't remember it. And if there's a forward, a way out, or a real tomorrow, those actions taken up until that point really will fucking matter, so that's all the more reason not to pretend there's an easy reset button that will undo all of your mistakes.
My blood is boiling.I'd love nothing more than for him to stop what he's doing, notice what's happening, and stop this before it goes any further. But that'd be wish fulfillment.
>>586536487>spoilerI know it has nothing to do with LiL, but have you read/watched Re:Zero?
>>586538231I have not. All I've seen come out of it are really annoying closet homos and substantially-less annoying actual homos praising it for that one fox boy. So I have not had any interest in seeing it, no.
>>586538526don't let that scare you off, he's a pretty irrelevant character
>>586512109>>586513301The writing is great. The prose itself can swap back and forth from flowery to simple, but it works very well in a visual novel format. When you can see the characters modeled doing whatever poses or actions in the background, you don't need a detailed description of what they're doing in text either. Conversely when it's abstracted in the happy scenes prose goes a long way to setting up the proper state of mind. It can be a bit long winded at times but that seems to be the trend for anything schizo enough, and of course it's necessary to pad the foreshadowing between red herrings. I suspect some of the repitition is also due to the release style, if it's been months since the last update people may very well need that reminder that Sana has spaghetti trauma. What I really appreciate is that this guy knows his stuff, the poems, D&D, WoW, LoTR, dandere, nukige the references make it clear he knows the intricacies of the topics. It's also clear he's read and been inspired, at least in some part, by subahibi. He's a nerd and not just pretending to know what he's talking about for a joke. That said I don't find the comedy in LiL to particularly funny. A large ratio of it is referential, which is great at making you feel like part of the secret club for knowing which game/porn/video he's referencing. And sexual innuendo is funny too, but not like the height of comedy.I much prefer banter where the parties are true to themselves, pieces of shit inside and outside. Which, of course would go counter to everything Sensei is to this game, and with Sensei himself being a blank slate with no interests besides sex all non-sexual comedy has to come from other characters. Which I suspect can only help the comedy later on when scenes start straying from one on ones with Sensei to group dynamics. All that said I'm not even done with Chapter 1 so I could just be wrong please don't spoil me.TL;DR Yumi is the funniest because she's an asshole
>>586538856It's not about scaring me off, it's just about interest. If literally all I see about a show is "It's good and I WANT TO FUCK FELIX(?)'S BOIPUCCI" on fucking repeat for years, that interest isn't there and I'm looking elsewhere for ways to spend my time.
>>586539059sounds like you should stop spending all your time around homosexuals
>>586536039The reason this can be considered an ideological confrontation isn't just the content of the post itself, but also the way the idea is being presented. I don't like falling into the endless cycle of creating caricatures based on stereotypes, but the post in question is a textbook example of the typical conservative moralist stance. It portrays a negative view of contemporary reality by trying to make it seem like a recent phenomenon, when in fact it has been documented as far back as the oldest Sumerian texts. If you take a historical look at reality, this supposed "degeneracy" has accompanied humanity for as long as it has existed as a socially structured group. Denying, for example, the existence of Roman orgies or the practices of the Chinese imperial courts through a narrative of "this is all something recent" is nonsensical and a clear example of selective historical amnesia, accompanied by a convenient degree of selectivity and nostalgia. Being so nitpicky about this and treating it as an unprecedented state of chaos is simply a clear example of naivety and ignorance, motivated by the fact that this supposed "cultural and moral decadence" personally conflicts with their own principles. As I said in my previous post, I had no intention of debating, and I'm still somewhat reluctant because this is a discussion that may be related to LiL, but in this case, the foundation of the discussion would take precedence over the game itself.>were you also the poster suggestingNo idea about that. However, I think it's an interesting idea to discuss, given the obvious importance of the concept of "love" in the game.
>>586539230ngl, I'd take homos on this site over the "discourse" anywhere else any day of the weekI just don't trust them to recommend me anime.>>586539343We'll come back to this after dinner and sake.
>>586539343Yeah, in the noonish post, I pointed out the use of choice words and how that might get you to magnetize onto them and start assuming what type of person was behind the post rather than the post itself. But I've given you enough to dispel that if you were willing, but your post doesn't make it seem like so.Or maybe I'm just an ass who puts out unreasonable tests and ignores those that fail it. You can cut out the entire middle 60% of your post if you just put a bit more thought into:>but with a coat of paint pretending to be new that looks remarkably vintage to my eyesThere's too much to say and too little time to say it, I condense things rather than run off on tangents exploring historical decadence to ensure we're on the same page I literally just said that, man.
I did not need this shit. Granted, I didn't need most of the shit I've seen, but as far as freshness goes, I did not need this.
[C3 Spoilers]I fucking depressed that it took me this long to understand this connection.
>>586539001I guess that sounds about right given the point you're at in the game. Rather than trying to argue with you or anything I'll just say keep reading.
I swear to god, this woman is gonna blindside us all and have a deep connection on the 4th... or periodola, given her permanent Sakura Tree. But even if she enables Perry, the question of just WHERE Autumn is starting to bug me.It was clear at least, before the tri-moon hellscape that the operators were associated with moons, and at the beginning of C4 there was a mention of a character lamenting "their missing moon" which might mean they had a connection to it, OR it might mean they had the ability stripped from them.
>>586548374Best mom
Yeah this entire conversation solidifies it. She's up to some shit.
>>586549673Mother of the year all years
>>586552252Fine, I'll ask it.WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH HER
>>586552834Do you want me to actually tell you? You'd probably be able to figure it out by the time you catch up but if you aren't on the wizard routes you might not, not really sure off the top of my head.
>>586487319Wish I had the executive functioning this man has to write so much.
>>586553209I dunno, does it have something to do with what I said above?Because I'm intentionally NOT on the wizard routes on this run despite the game just now telling me to put on my wizard hat and goggles.
>>586554978Not really. She's a rather mysterious character regardless, and it's not like the game has revealed everything about her yet, but here's what I'm able to say:She's aware of the resets, appears to have some sort of persistent memory unlike other characters, and has connections to certain parties (I won't spoil this aspect). The implication seems to be that she's aware that ending the loop world requires Sensei to complete the collection and fuck literally everyone in one iteration of himself, and that she's trying to get him to fuck her daughters to protect them and ensure they can get out, which is also why she won't fuck him unless he fucks them first, since she's putting their safety ahead of her own (she also refers to her actions as "hysterical strength"). There's more to this and some stuff that might condition some of what I said or possibly make it wrong, I guess, but that seems to be what is going on to the best of my knowledge.
>>586554861by the sound of it it's more reckless obsession than executive functioning
>>586555393I shouldn't have read that.

>>586555749I left out a bunch of context at least.
>>586556490Adding more on to it I've been beginning to suspect that it's more than just to "escape", but that actually completing it will start the cycle again... in the next generation. Kicking the can down the road, really. A new cast, new victims, and falling further into the mess that never ends. This set of cycles is nearing its end because the well is running dry but... what if it does? Of course HOPE would think it's doom, but what if it only spells the end for him and those being sustained by the cycle? What if... and hear me out... BREAKING THE CYCLE is the answer?
>>586556770There's a very, very big thing that's going to happen in Chapter 4 that's actually going to directly answer a number of these things.
>>586557358I mean, the end of chapter 3 made it pretty clearBut at the same time there are exactly ZERO people with that info that aren't actively attempting to manipulate you or Sensei

Is sensei, ahem, Akira, just passing on his trauma because he cant cope with it for what Sekai did to him. Also was Sekai controlling him here? It seems Maya's text snapped him out of it
>>586557512Well there might be somebody trying to legitimately help! Anyway, it's literally going to tell you what the loop world actually is, among a number of other things. You should find it pretty interesting. It's probably the best part of the entire game so far. You'll know when you get to it.

>>586560139>>586560232She was crushed purely with this sentence. Touka is now very top tier. Just below Maya and Yumi
>>586560520Yeah, Touka is one of the best heroines IMO. Kind of funny since she just comes off like a joke at first.
Once again, me otr>>586560520Maya is in a whole ass other tier from the rest, but I rarely give Yumi credit she deserves. She is THE SANEST person left alive, and I hope to god she finds happiness in this godforsaken Naraka ends.
>>586561069She can't be too sane since she was basically in love with Sensei from the start of the game, but yeah she's definitely more sane than the majority of them. The only other student that's really in the "sane" category is Touka.
>>586560520>>586560965My god Touka is a fucking goddess. She sees right through him. Touka is literally wife tier. She's like the emotional rock Sensei needs to set him on the right path. HOLY SHIT YASU. She's going to be mentally fucked by her.

>>586564246>This... isn't just influence from a book. What do you mean?
>>586566113Fuck forgot pic Ahem.....TTTTTOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDD
LiL is a really unusual game for me because, somehow, it always manages to make me feel...weird. I don't think I can quite put it into words, but so many of the interactions between the characters just hit something deep inside me and make me incredibly emotional. I don't know if I've ever felt this connected to another story before.
>>586566285I have a deepest lore theory about the chickens I've been mulling over for a little while and haven't fully put together yet.
>>586567027I have no idea how Selebus does it. The guy just has some insane natural talent for writing.
>>586567543I'm genuinely curious about what kind of life experiences you need to have or how you need to see the world to write characters who feel this endearing.
>>586567187Basically I think you should start with the fact that chickens are birds and connect that with the bird/wings metaphor that gets used frequently throughout the game, in reference to the fact that chickens are specifically flightless birds. You also have the connection of Tsuneyo and Wires with killing chickens, and all of the chickens from the game (e.g. the ones in the alley) die except for Kaori's chicken John. Tsuneyo also has a bird (Noodles) and is shown with wings in that one profile image, the "there is no god only noodles" one. I dunno.
>>586567995He is very observant. He is always watching, and he also remembers. Even a woman briefly touching his thigh on the bus as a kid is something he will remember and feel vividly even decades later. There's this attribute in authors where they can crack the minds of other people. For example, there's a story I like where Harlan Ellison would use this talent to read people in stunning ways. He would be talking to a biker at a bar then ask, "So how long have you been playing chess?", since he could tell the biker was a chess player merely by how he carried himself and spoke. In some ways, being a writer is being the ultimate chameleon. It's pretending to be other people after observing them enough to pick up their color. To a degree, every character is a part of Selebus, but I think anyone Selebus has ever seen is also a part of him. It's from this process of observation, and this honed ability of mimicry, that allows one to form so many multitudes within themselves.
>>586567187>>586567995The character writing is probably the game's greatest strength. You really end up feeling like you know the characters in this intimate way that you don't normally get in a story.
>>586568239>In some ways, being a writer is being the ultimate chameleon. It's pretending to be other people after observing them enough to pick up their color.Wouldn't have remembered this if I didn't reread the scene yesterday.
>>586568239I like that comment about the chameleon.A few days ago, I tried writing a scene involving some of the girls, and despite having read LiL twice already, I realized that I still don't truly understand their characters. That actually made me appreciate the story even more, because it made me realize just how difficult it really is to bring a character to life through writing.>>586568719Yeah. I think seeing so many different sides of the entire cast throughout the story is really important in developing a deeper sense of empathy and affection for them.
>>586566285>>586567187Maybe IDK really they represent all the girls? Tsuneyo must with wires since noodles are just wires made of wheat...and she kills the chickens...happy meals.....chicken nugget happy meals.....smiley face....HOPE. chickens are HOPEs creatures and he wants to cage you. Since Ayane is free and her mind is open now her chicken Todd had to die as her mind was no longer caged. Wires has best son Noodles who can be free. Thats my BS ramblings on it
Being sick sucks. I can barely concentrate. I'm going back to bed so I can jerk off to Ami (better than any medicine) and fall asleep.
>>586569002A memorable line for me because I was like "yo that's me."
>>586569207Her H-scene at the first beach trip got new CGs which were nice.

>>586569297I'll be reaching that tomorrow, I plan on absolutely obliterating myself with medicine and stimulants tomorrow so I can savor every Ami moment without wanting to go back to sleep.
>>586569801>mfw i realize i'll never get to experience reading lil for the first time again
>>586559875so good
>>586569956there are no do overs, only the slow inexorable roll towards entropy and oblivion
>>586566285Avengers assemble!....tomorrow since sleepy times have comeYumi took that a lot better than I thought she would. Tsuneyo actually was normal for a change. I wonder if there's more than just her sensing the resets for how she was acting. Like what if Wires has something to do with her being a bit more receptive to Akira now now that he's starting to wake up even more .
Couldn't help making this, my apologies.
>>586572565Actually nevermind, I can do better than that one.
>>586573686hfk
>>586572565Relatable
>>586572565This one is actually better because it also pretty much sums up the experience of the beach events
>>586572565I would do it.
>>586573686If this were real I would nglcomfy Animal Crossing afterlife with Sana
>>586575169What if you do it and instead of being Sensei you're just a observer to his story?
>>586568239>For example, there's a story I like where Harlan Ellison would use this talent to read people in stunning ways. He would be talking to a biker at a bar then ask, "So how long have you been playing chess?", since he could tell the biker was a chess player merely by how he carried himself and spoke.that's called cold reading and it can easily backfire. guy probably had something like a chess pin or mentioned chess obliquely. there are probably writers that are good at it, but it's not a writer universal trait.the best writers have lived experience. i cannot write anything interesting because my lived experience is 40 years of being in my own head, playing vidya, and smoking weed. my resume is laughable.
>>586575917>the best writers have lived experienceWell, that's pretty reasonable. A lot of 'amateur' writers struggle precisely because they try to imitate someone else's writing or write about experiences they've never personally had, which ends up making their work feel superficial or unconvincing.
>>586576114Yeah, the ones who actually don't have lived experience will typically immerse themselves in that world for a while to gain some. Neil Stephenson worked at NASA for a while, and he writes brainy science fiction stuff. I know of some writers who did survivalist shit so they could get a sense of how surviving in the post-apocalypse might play out. Bunch of writers who worked on fishing boats for a year, brutal work, to understand what life is like out there.I don't want to do any of that shit personally. You haven't lived until you've slept 10 hours.
>>586576267>Neiloops. Neal.great writer btw, not anything like Selebus but killer sci fi. funny too.
>>586575884Hope I end up in one of the loops where he's just fucking Ami 24/7. Could probably at least nab Kirin or something.
>>586575884Then I guess I would enjoy the ride. Sensei has a pretty amusing life.
>>586576267Basically, yeah. I remember reading a short story written by someone who had worked at a cemetery and the whole thing was basically just him walking among the graves or staring into the distance. but the way he described everything was so oppressive that you could genuinely feel like you were there.
>>586576696Do you remember the name of that? It sounds interesting.
>>586576752Unfortunately, no. I read it a long time ago in a local magazine. I think it was part of a writing contest or something like that.
>>586576696Is this not Edgar Allen Poe? wasn't he a gravedigger? gonna wiki now that i've made a foolish assertation.
>>586577370Ah, too bad.
>>586577410It'll always be hilarious to me that my first exposure to EAP was through The Simpsons' adaptation of "The Raven"
>>586577987For me it was Tiny Toons; I was probably less than 10 years old: https://vimeo.com/389628985For zoomers it's The House of Usher.I learned today EAP was paid $9 ($300 in 2025 dollars) for The Raven.
I wonder why...
Well?
>>586582642An onion. Mostly layers of questionable decisions.
>>586582642I don't like this question. Pass.>>586582902Cliché
the longer life goes on, the more I feel like Yumi. unfortunately Yumi is growing and I am regressing.
On the inside: Pull me...in the bathroom and...rape me, dammit!
>>586583410I just realized I've been conditioned at this point. I read that line and the music immediately started playing in my head.
>>586583484Does Sana even masturbate? Hard to imagine her doing anything lewd. But I know LiL will shatter that innocence for me...
>>586583598She's playing Subahibi when he goes in her dorm the first time.
>>586583806Unfamiliar; how lewd is it?
>>586584118
>>586584214Ah... well, she is of that age, I guess... hard to reconcile with her wholesome Animal Crossing scene.
>>586584342You can like both, right?
>>586584392I mean, yeah. I would think she would be into more vanilla sex if anything tho.I don't know if I would play LiL if it had "hard" content like rape. And if that's coming, don't spoil me, I'll deal with it when I get there. It's just not enjoyable. Sensei kissing Yumi was bad enough.
>>586584514Okay, I wasn't spoiling anything that actually happens in that post anyway.
>>586584696I know, I just mean, if someone says "I don't like rape" and you know there is rape coming, the natural impulse is to warn. I know what's real and what's not. I just don't feel anything enjoyable from non-consensual sexual encounters. Reluctance is the hardest I go.
>>586584859No, I get it. It's not something I'm fond of either. Just wanted to clarify that one thing.
>Why are you calling my little sister?>Oh huh I guess it's normal then.>Want to come hang out with her alone?
>>586585342nothing is real

Full game spoilers:I'm sure anyone caught up is aware of the issue of Chiaki having a character model when under normal circumstances she would not have one. She also knew Tsubasa, who was trying to help her with Chinami when she was a bay, and presumably initiates contact with Chika (through the resort trip in Chapter 2) on purpose in order to do that again. Also we know now that Tsubasa knew Sekai personally, which would make it possible that Chiaki knew Sekai. I don't really have some kind of theory here but this line stuck out to me.
>>586586965>who was trying to help her with Chinami when she was a baby*typo
>>586586965i don't necessarily believe them but there are some fringe theories out there like chika's dad being nozomu and nozomu being sensei in some kind of subahibi-esque way. it's at least plausible that nozomu also had glasses
>>586586965It would be thematically fitting, anyway, if the consequence of Nozomu being a womanizer is that he left a bunch of wrecked families in his wake
>>586587179>>586587380The way Chika talks about it makes me think she had a father that was actually present for a little while, so I'd probably discount that idea unless there were some evidence for it. I guess I'll pay attention for anything like that. I'm also hesitant to read Nozomu into everything especially in a situation where there's already a connection. If it were true it would certainly make all of Chinami's "Papa" stuff ironic given all the niece/daughter confusion and incest going on.
>>586587179>>586587380Also I'm sure anyone thinking about this would also notice the term "Papa" also being used in relation to the Upside Down House. Definitely something to think about regardless of whether it's a stretch or not.
Her mother worked at her family's candy store when she was young.
I'd really like if we could see some of these original interactions with the characters at some point, or just how his class was in general.
