hey /dg/, new player playing F2P. i tried the destiny 1 demo and loved it, so i downloaded destiny 2. and it feels kinda strange?in D1 every fight felt real and every weapon rarity made sense. in D2 i'm not even halfway through new light and i already feel like an unstoppable god. no enemy is able to put up a fight anymore. i have a fuckton of purple and yellow legendary weapons and armor. almost all enemies get shredded like cheese. i don't even have to worry about ammo, all my guns have near infinite ammo. i solo'd an entire fallen raiding party public event completely aloneit's kinda getting to the point where i am imposing restrictions to get any sense of enjoyment, like shotgun only. D2 feels absurd, doesn't really feel like a videogame to meis this going to be like this the whole way? in that case i might be better off uninstalling and playing something else. i was going to buy both the D1 and D2 collections but my excitement from the D1 demo is kinda ruined

>>586553234Rarity is fucked in D2 since they basically scrapped the early progression system since they deleted the first 2 years of content. The game is generally very easy but there is challenging stuff within the game like legendary campaigns, conquests, GM alerts, raids and dungeons. You will blow through the first like 10 hours with little challenge after that point is when you can start to do more difficult stuff like legendary campaigns. Most of the general content in this game is incredibly easy almost mind numbingly so.
