I think nerfs in general are good for the health of the mode going forward. Like at this point in web stronghold 95%+ ultimate winrate is common and duck lords a viable strat with how good most people are. SP being a permanent mode would probably need something to keep it more replayable, and making the factions weaker/more awkward operator wise is a better way to add difficulty rather than just more stat bloat.
