Tsaritsa can be the one cryo to trigger polestar field. She gives a small crit buff too. Unfortunately her C1 buffs EM for electro characters, making it useless to Clorinde.The fourth slot is more open, maybe run Xilonen for the full hag team. More res shred is nice since it benefits all teammates. Odette and Yae are also good options, but the team will shift away from Clorinde and more towards being carried by subdps.
