So you know script lag, right?
So in order to optimize the game from Skyrim onwards there's a system that has all the papyrus scripts the game needs to run that frame. If it can't complete it in that frame (because it would lag the game), it shifts the work to the next frame. More complicated scripts mean more work, meaning it takes longer to complete, hence, script lag. It's got a stack of scripts in its to-do pile that it has to work through, basically.

I want something where I can flag a script to say that it HAS to complete that frame, damned by the effects on your framerate. In general I get that there are a lot of guardrails in Skyrim modding to idiotproof it. I want the ability to take those guardrails off when I know what I'm doing.

I think the idea is to be a counterpoint/spiritual sequel to Daggerfall
daggerfall had the most autistic role play elements (ships, carriages, loans etc) and todd recently said that TESVI is supposed to be the ultimate high fantasy life simulator
