IIRC at that point we still have the pawn from Feagin and Feagin was creating some wishing cards to force the kids to make the wishes, the kids gave the memories but it was the wishing card that contained the prayer or incantation to wish for a especific thing, couldnt Maou just make same wishing cards to get as many guns as possible? or has Maou depend soo much on Vita managing the seal of grace powers that Maou forgot the seal could do that?

Also there was that unseen guy from United Harvest that replicated Matilda signature by using another pawn seal.

Wishes work best if you can imagine the object yet for some reason people still couldn't wish for guns properly so Maou had to do it for them. I kinda wonder if there's a reason for that. What if it's easier to wish for things that are already a familiar part of people's collective consciousness as if the Monoliths were somehow connected to everyone? Since guns that use gunpowder are relatively new, perhaps it was harder to wish them into existence early on. Maybe some people are also just more attuned to certain objects like how Noya can wish for complex car parts or how that greasy old man Joseph was able to wish for a claymore, an explosive that had never existed before, a few months after they flooded the market with guns and guns became common?
