This whole thing is just me spitballing and theorizing, but I always thought it was kind of weird that Yu Phas would leave her siblings behind in the island regardless of their relationship (from the Balor execution scene she was even comforting Iliana) and that they were actually plotting to revive their father from the start. However, one of the things that is needed to lift the seal is supposedly someone that has both Balor and Dagda blood, so I think the initial plan was to let Yu Phas go with Solel and have one and then her go back working with her sisters to revive their father (according to Aurora, Yu Phas actually turned him down multiple times before suddenly relenting). But Yu Phas ends up falling for Solel for real later on, causing her to waver and not go through with her sisters' plan, and Maria ended up doing it instead. Knowing Yu Phas though, she would likely still see this as a betrayal to Solel because she was initially deceiving him for a blasphemous plan, and probably even admitted it to him at some point. It also might be why Solel has the pre-conceived notion that the blood of Balor negatively affects all his descendants too. With all that and her guilt over being the cause of the reading/writing ban after Damascar, I can see why they became a little distant later on. Raksha then ended up getting rid of her since she would know their plan, because by the time she was executed (881 I think), Talimun was already born in 875, which is who they used to unlock the seal instead and have her take the fall for it. We really need that Orchel (and Talimun) route to explain everything and clear up stuff though, there's a ton of extra details we still don't know and it's really a crime it wasn't already there in the base game
