The reason why NA cant win is because riots jannies are 1000 times more strict about banning anyone and everyone for being "toxic" in chat. Every single day theres some teenager whos just picking up the game and could potentially become a great pro player but they get thier account banned because they said something edgy in chat so they go back to fortnite and arc raiders or whatever else is trendy. Im not saying koreans never get banned but they are so some extent protected by language barrier between them and the libshits making all the rules about what you can and cant say in chat. Thats literally the reason, don't let anyone tell you otherwise, riot bans another would be worlds winner in america every day.
