I think they should have frontloaded the xp curve more. It takes an average player like 20ish hours to reach level 20 and most classes dont even feel good until 30 or sometimes even 40. All these average players then feel bored of their class. Sure if you're a classic enjoyer or a long time WoW player or even a returning player it's not so bad, but brand new players who are younger and have only experienced zoomer games that hand out progress/rewards/dopamine will never get into Forever. They don't know anything about WoW to begin with, so they can't appreciate changes that Forever has made and they only see the bad stuff. 1-30 should take maybe 5 hours. Then the leveling should have a steep xp fall off from 30-60, but it's counteracted by your class having more buttons to press and killing mobs a shitload faster because of gear and talents.

Was so hyped for this game and ended up uninstalling 2nd dayPlayed a human warlock. Was with some friends; played the ironforge dungeon and teaming with 2-3 others most of the time. In westfall, I we spent a couple of hours trying to get loot for my mission. I had like 25/14 of one of the items and 2/5 of the other, neither me or my friend could get my missing items. Similar situation on many quests, he had already completed the drops and they wouldn't fall for me. They are still playing, they are recurrent retail players, I used to play TBC back in 2007 and had full pvp set back then. I was so hyped for this game but I can't do this. If I hadn't uninstalled I would probably log in and delete my character to make sure I never play fall into the trap of playing this again.I don't remember the original leveling experience (which I also played) feeling this bad, maybe because I'm not a teenager anymore (although I'm single with tons of free time).I hope everyone has fun, the game does look good, but very surprised to see it really is not for me anymore.
