what is the difference between dc's when one voids aggression and damage, giving me enough time to eat/pray/tp after reconnecting, and another lets whatever is attacking me continue until i reconnect to standing @ camelot castle with 3 items left?i've dc'ed multiple times before when playing on eu servers but have only had the latter happen twice after being forced to play on the jewed us server instead
>>2552054thinking about it a bit more i've probably answered my own question - the difference is between outgoing and incoming inputsif the server crashes, then all server-sided actions are paused at that point, even if player-sided actions can still be queued up, so from the moment the connection is re-established, all aggression and damage continues from that pointif my own connection crashes, then from the server's perspective i've suddenly started afk'ing in the middle of gwd - all incoming actions will still be processed while outgoing ones are voided because nothing is being sent to the serverguess it's unfortunate that i've only started running into the latter after the server rebrandedor maybe i already did, just haven't had a noticeable enough occasion to notice
