I swear the only new players this game gets are the people you never want in a match. >cherry pick. >always begs for the ball. >never passes. >take shots outside of the box that are easy as day for the goalie to save. >refuse to play goalie, run out of the box. Add in all the other new player elements (can't dribble, can't defend, overuse sliding tackle) and having a new player on your team just makes the game almost as unenjoyable as having the sweaty animation exploiters.

Game is still "alive" but I have no desire to relaunch it, not because I don't like the game or I am bored but because the stars need to align to have an enjoyable match between people who refuse to teamplay or glitch abusers.It's obvious now that the paid version is just a beta test for the F2P launch that will probably happen at the end of summer, but it will die again unless they turn it around and I have huge doubts about this. Cool to know that the meta for group play is parking someone just outside the penalty box, lob the ball to them, and have them shoot because the priority system means they are going to get a free shot no matter what. They do not even bother moving around because they why would they? The game is going to give them a free shot no matter what the defense does.

They need to buff tackling back to how it as in early Rematch. Yes, it was very strong. Defenders recovered quicker and had larger hitboxes to aim for. It was really effective in breaking up the flow of single players who ballhogged, encouraging passing more. I know the best move right now is to hold LT/stance and wait in front of an attacker but my teammates are constantly trying to tackle and getting way out of position because they are used to the old way
