For flinch you have either the Iron Pipe star gem or Smash from the Martial https://coryn.club/skill.php?tree=Martial skill tree and neither are 100% chance, and for stun you can use Bash also from the Martial skill tree and also without 100% chance. Relative to pure dps or pure tank your damage will be low, pure tanks generally survive better, and buffs/heals aren't all that useful in toram. However, you can still deal enough damage to defeat any boss, and the survivability is good enough that I once turned off my auto potion and took 2 weeks to notice.You'll also want a player craft armor with negative VIT to minimize your health so you take less fractional damage, you can use Sacred Teachings from the Priest skill tree with either Micro Heal (quickly heal yourself) or Royal Heal (has a cast time, can heal you and the whole party) to overheal yourself up to 10000 health over your maximum health. With this setup your ideal maximum health is 1 and you rely entirely on the overheal.

Stick with 255 MTL and use the least ail res gear possible.In your special, try either a Black Lixi crysta (40% aggro, 10% ail res) or Machine God Maple (10% srd, 5% ail res, phys/mag res and frac barrier) to deal more damage and survive better, then get the other 5% ailment resist from a sub Water Ninjutsu Scroll. The 2nd crysta in your special will be a Scream Shadow because you'll need the cast speed from it.Overall the build will be short on critrate, aggro, damage, and pierce, but it will work and it'll be decently easy to survive and deal a little damage with.
