Dabi's new buffs got me thinking. Unfortunately Dabi doesn't have any really great Fixer options (not a single Fixer-eligible costume has more than 3 red slots) but still, his new costume can achieve as much as +15.5% damage on HP and +19.5% damage on GP.
If he puts two betas on top of each other, the enemy will take 286 damage from stepping on it. He can even put Embrittlement on it for an extra +10% if he manages to tap them.

Imagine: They walk into his room, he gets a melee off, and now if they take one wrong step they just immediately take 315 damage.

His white hair costume lets him attain the same +15.5% damage bonus (on HP and GP, so it's slightly less damage than Scorching Sands on GP) and lets him still use Wall Runner.

Thank GOD someone else thinks this, i like using accelaration a lot, i think it's a very good tuning, but it's probably the special tuning with the BIGGEST differences between level 10 and 11 in the entire game.
40 seconds to 20 seconds, having it at 11 literally DOUBLES it effectiveness if you are a constant fighter, it's gottten to the point where i'll only use acce if it's on the right slot, unless there is no other choice.

The Beginner Missions roll?
I'm pretty sure that banner is just "every character that's currently available via character ticket".
If you want, you can save it for a future season when maybe a character that you don't have becomes available on character tickets (assuming they update the banner to reflect that) but your odds would be poor, and at that point you could get the character with a character ticket anyway.

That banner is mostly intended for new players who don't have enough hero souls to easily afford character tickets yet.

Assault All Might might be genuinely S tier. That is, if his tornado/gamma worked properly all the time and made him invincible. Somehow Aizawa and Mirko's alpha slam on the ground can hit him through it. It sucks this PUR is the critical perm counterpart to the willpower acceleration one but you can't use it in giant mode effectively. They should let Mt. Lady drink during her Special Action so you're not 100% reliant on your team bailing you out just like the willpower costume one.
