Which is why they can also make stuff like the field boss summoning system (which was a big mistake) and extreme versions of raids. AGS on the other hand can only provide the idea/concept and depends entirely on SG to develop it. If SG doesn't want to allocate their devs to it, then it won't get made. Though idk if AGS actually pitched anything about new systems or game modes. The closest we actually got were the jumpstart/Ignite servers.
