Wit speed cap is raised crazy high. Probably want to bring power sparks again. Since you don't have to worry about race bonus, that frees up your options. You see people running wit Fuku again, probably to grab right-handed and they like the card. As far a borrow, I dont know if pace still want Guts Bakushin but it seems like it, but it's agemasen card. You want fine motion for Speed Star too naturally. And Unity gives you No Stopping Me as well so that's nice

You don't need speed sparks per se, like I said I feel power would be more worth your value as it's relatively easy to raise speed with these purple ball bombs and a couple high priority speed cards. It's easy to raise wit as well so that makes power the more difficult one to raise up. Speed sparks do raise your speed cap I believe, but for a race like this I'm not sure how much higher than 1300 you need it to go. You don't want to sacrifice your power is all I'm saying, but just my opinion. For inherits you want Taiki's and Nishinos naturally, could try and grandparent in Seiun's if you get lucky pace
