There's a whole chart that's been posted a few times but basically, the stat cap across the board is 1200 for URA, 1100 for Aoharu, and 1800 Stamina/1400 Wit for MANT. So increasing your speed cap by 80 will mean you just get the effective benefit of a speed increasing green skill (since those are always full value)
