And really there's nothing anyone can say to make it any better other than "oh you can just cope with a worse deck" OR use THAT which also is not what anyone wants to do. It takes months to save up the resources to spark twice or more. To get nothing from that makes you want to quit the game, at least momentarily. Some actually did, but most are okay. But they're not happy about it. It doesn't make you want to play the new mode, especially when it's not really all that great. It's MANT but faster and more training focused. Still lots of RNG, not really the savior people were hoping for there either. On top of that the CM we're training for is a very demoralizing one. A CM where debuffers and Xoguri will be everywhere, a Cm where people are really struggling to get stamina unless they have tons of stamina sparks or a strong stamina card lke Creek. So I don't even think it's the CM or Ms Victoria stuff, but rather all the new stuff. Auto career at least allows people to cope, but it also means they're not really playing the game either so just because they're building fans doesn't really mean their morale is high or they feel good about it.

I've been on multiple losing streaks that go on for 5+ CMs and I hated that, so I can imagine going on a 15+ losing streak is fucking horrible. So even if I haven't been there, I can imagine how fucked that is. I may have horrible luck on the gacha, but I consider myself somewhat lucky with CMs. Now mind you I did train my fucking ass off for most of these. Only two CMs did I "take it easy" and that involved mutating a bunch of bullshit. So conversely, yes it's luck, you've probably had some bad luck, but if you're getting your ass whooped then you also need to rethink whatever your current stratgegy is. I've had to go back to the drawing board many times after doing lots of practice races and simulations and all that. But even then I acknowledge that most of my plats were due to luck, then again a lot of my losses were also unlucky. I hope your luck turns around, but you shouldn't give up. You should try and make a stronger uma, and when you do it pull it off it's gonna be great

It's preferable to get your fans so you can minimize racing in senior year when you have more song buffs. So you hit 5th, it immediately dies, and then it immediately hits dominator because late race started. Front debuffers are the way if you're running a late. There is no way you're getting 5th place otherwise when you run into the plentiful Xog+double debuffer comps. Running front debuffers puts you in 5th to get off MPB.
