Before the first concert you can get 3 friendship bonus songs and you should try to get all 3. After the 1st concert your goal is skill points ASAP, like before you train a single time if possible, and if you didn't manage to get all 3 friendship bonus songs it can still show up so you should still try to get it. Besides that you just go for the cheapest songs. First summer camp you do the same thing, rush the skill point song before you even train anything, then you get your 3 songs so you can get to great hype and SAVE everything. Next concert cycle you're going to blow everything. At this point the game gives you a pool of two 10% friendship bonus songs and four 5% friendship bonus songs and you want to buy all of them ideally but if nothing else you want both 10%s if you can get them and 2 5%'s. It's an RNG shitfest so 9/10 you're not going to get that mythical 50%+ friendship bonus. After that it doesn't really matter just spend your tokens however you wish.
