As for other random debuffs to look out for, remember hesitant are speed debuffs (always grab), flustered and subdued are stamina debuffs (nice bonus on your doms), and frenzied + style only activate if another uma has been rushed, so they're lower priority than the other ones but grab it if you have leftover SP. There are some other niche ones out there that are dirt only like oppression too. If you see it grab it I guess.

Yeah sure. I guess to put that in perspective, all the aces should be crossing the finish line within about 0.5 seconds of one another. That 600 power Dirt F Rudolf finishes ~3.8 seconds after the winner. The second half of the race lasts about 45 seconds for her and 564 Escapades can go off anywhere in that time, but there's a 3.8 second window where the race is basically already over. Dominator and Keen Eye last 6 seconds, you want it to go off well before that, but that's true even for a Dirt A dom.
