The trve front warriors have made some strong teams with high win rates, cuz they know what they're doing. The lone seiuncel or falconcel as much as I love those two, if your team isn't built around it, and they're not built PERFECTLY, you're gonna have a bad time. For fronts, the path to salvation is as thin as a razor's edge. It is one of the hardest styles to run, but when built to near-perfection, they CAN be very strong. But a sloppily built lightning surger can still embarrass them nonetheless, and takes way less effort to make even if Ruby's a brick. Fronts are "honest" now after the pace-down changes, but perhaps a new card or trainee like Kitasan Blanco can help them keep their heads above water. The good front trainers are doing fine though, because they've been looping for this very moment

As another anon so aptly put it, looping is just making a bunch great grandparents with white skills you want. Let's go with racing spirit stamina as an example. All the styles like it, it's good. You want it. But you dont have any grandparents that have it. What do you do? You go on chrono and you find with lots of racing spirit stamina, crucially you need one on the main legacy, but it helps to have it on the grandparents as well. The more grandparents and parents the skill is on (up to 6), the higher the chances of you inheriting that skill AND for it to be sparked on. So you borrow this chrono parent that has all the racing spirit stamina. You use whatever grandparent you have that has some other stuff you want. Then you keep looping. You ignore blues, pink sparks, because these are great grandparents, and those aren't as important (although if you want to get deep into the weeds, looping is easier with umas that can do dirt races, and dirt sparks can be kind of useful but dont worry about that right now). Anywho, so you keep going until voila, your new looper baby just got racing spirit stamina, and some other whites you want. So what next? You take that new looper baby and replace the lame grandparent you were just using with the one you just got. Now you can re-borrow that same grandparent you had before, and now you have a grandparent of your own that has it, and you do it agian. Then you keep going until that new loop baby has it voila, you just made a great grandparent that has racing spirit stamina on both grandparents and the main parent. Then when it comes to making an actual grandparent, you use that as one of the parents, and then borrow a legacy parent, and it will inherit that stuff easier because it's on all grandparents and parents. That's the whole thing.

It becomes much easier with your borrow and its parents have XYZ and your grandparent also has XY and Z. If you don't have XY or Z, maybe you should just focus X and Y first. And then when you get your loop that as XY on both grandparents AND the main parent, then you can loop in Z on top of that.If you get only X and Z, you don't stop. You don't want to lose your important abilities, so you keep looping. The more stuff you loop on, the harder it is to keep everything on the same loop. It depends on what you're going for and how picky and how many things you're looping. I'd say you need to keep it simple at first. Since you're making a front parent, focus on Groundwork, Dodging Danger, Prudent Positioning and Ignited Wit. Prudent Positioning and Ignited Wit are the same thing, but it's nice to have them both in case one whiffs. But say you got a parent that has prudent ,but doesnt have wit. Or say you got one that has ground work and dodging, but no PP and Wit. don't compromise on it if you're still deep in the loop. But if you're making a regular ass parent for a CM, you don't have to have everything, especially if your borrow is gonna pick up the slack on the things you don't have. Either way, it's a long-term project, and it gets easier the longer you do it, but you need to make sure you're keeping the loops that have the abilities you want/need. Remember, when you're "looping" you dont need perfect blue sparks or pinks, they're inconsequential. That only starts to matter when you make real grandparents/parents for a specific use case. The loop is all about having as many white sparks on each legacy as possible, and you want them to be useful white sparks, not just random ones. What I do is I make a list of the must haves, which I try to boil to just a few, and then great to haves, and then good to haves. Out of space, good luck

Relatively straightforward to make. Camping Taiki and Wedding Finemo are actually out-pacing Nishino, but she's still good. There's lots of options. Camping Taiki is incredibly strong though. One card that fronts and paces are borrowing is Taiki speed. It has mile maven, but this is more useful on fronts generally speaking. Good speed card though. Paces are also borrowing Nishino wit, which gives you determined descent which is a strong gamble ability here. Grab straight descent if you can.Taishin is probably the most straightforward end closer you could make. She's doing well, but like for instance there's a guy running End Shakur here and she's fucking killing it. Lightning Surge is the ability backliners are running, from the Ruby card hopefully you've heard about. Otherwise, you breed in the white version of the skill, Leap Forward. It's as close to a good accel you can grab. Special Week as a late is killing it, her unique got buffed and her In Body and Mind is good here. Lates and ends are gambling on Ryan + Nishino uniques to cover spots 6, 4, and 3. Paces are using Nishino, and there's some other stuff you could gamble on but Nishino's is the most important unique you can get. Racing spirit stamina is really good. It burns a little stamina to give you a "if losing win" late-race speed boost to clutch the win. Since stamina requirements are pretty low here (550-560, 500 bare minimum), you can afford to run it. End Xog is technically the favorite. Running lightning surge from Ruby, daring strike from Mr CB(all ends want this). Generally speaking, backliners are running 3 speed decks if they don't have a speed growth. Then wit strong wit card, borrow ruby, light hello. You can do 3 speed, 2 wit, light hello if you want to breed in leap forward.

It's only getting more and more competitive. You need to enter practice rooms. They dont have to be here, but just enter them into the wild. If you have time to make aces, you have the ten minutes it takes to join 5 random practice rooms. Did you lose em all? Then you need to remake them. You need to look at the winners, look at the stat spread, compare it to yours, compare the skills, and see what the hell you're missing. Things that seem like they're good on paper aren't always good in practice, so you do need test this stuff out.
