My A finals winning uma for CM18 ended up with just around 1400 speed and mile S (and two double circle speed greens), and she went up against at least two other aces that had 1600. Truthfully, what's stopping me from doing aces in NUnity if it's possible to win with 1400? I could bring a few more speed sparks, and stamina wouldn't be as much of an issue since I could bring Riko + Rice and also get occasional purple bursts on stamina.
