if anyone wants to get into Mario Kart Wii again, it's a perfect time now. Because of the MKWii Decompiled project, you don't need a emulator to play the game anymore. The need to constantly and consistently get perfect boosts in order to keep cranking max speed instead of just getting a boost in the moment is a real nutbuster in so many different ways.Spiritually and mechanically it feels like I wouldn't call it a Kart racer. More like a Rhythm Stunt Racer or something, I dunno. Overall, I just feel like SRB2K and Ring Racists hit better balances of being skill intensive but still ultimately being Kart games.
