>>2956442yes, you have to predict where the enemy is gonna be and estimate how far behind they are. don't be greedy. if you catch yourself running around after the enemy offense inside the base, you're playing wrong. it's a common mistake by beginners. you're supposed to set up bombs that can trap the enemy inside them if they're careless. it's hard to explain, it's easier if you watch good players and try to replicate what they're doing. pause the stream and rewatch it if needed. that guy in the link above is good but he might play with people who aren't as good. so don't watch other people playing blocker on his stream, watch him playing blocker

also for the first scenario. there's a window of invulnerability after a bomb hits, so if the enemy is hit by another bomb while invulnerable, they take no damage (or no stun, if it's a blue bomb). you're also invulnerable when a minbo hits you which can be used to get inside the enemy base. some shooter skills do not give iframes when they land, so the shooter can use them and follow up with a bomb. as far as i remember, only some shooter skills have that property, meaning, if you land a bomber or attacker skill, the enemy gets iframes after the damage lands
