Blue and purple sparkles from the chest mean you're gunna get a 2 line item, no sparkles and if the item name is white/green it'll only have one, only gold sparkle spawns a 3 line, golds can also drop when the chest is red but that usually means a special drop.Feth basic and advance hardmode dungeons will drop every type of gear between them, notably 1h axe and 2h hammer are exclusive to dungeons since feth only drops perseus and that set doesn't have them, but even when you use all your weekly neartite you still get gear drops every run so you can just timesink to farm for the reforge line you want now instead of pay cash.

>>3011383Feth gives you checks when you clear so it's a good use for neartite, dungeons give Broken Magic Essence and alby can give meteoroid enchant (25~30m 1-3 pierce for 2h) but thats kind of a gamble. A future patch removes neartite and makes it 3 tech hardmode 3 adv hm dungeon passes per day instead so right now I personally suggest people do feth for the checks as there will be daily chances for BME after that update anyway.

If you don't need echo stimulants, then it's a decent chunk of extra gold per week. this will get removed when neartite gets removed. Also, techs drop meteoroid. BME gamba is for bot farming.
