Which MMO would you consider to be the best "WOW clone"

Games I would call a WoW clone have
* similar character art style
* similar art style for the world
* similar combat (tab-targeting)

I know that EverQuest 1 had a lot of those things, but when a game has all those elements combined i would call it a WOW clone
* similar AU

Games I would consider Wow clones:
- Warhammer Online
- Lord of The Rings Online
- Runes of Magic
- Allods Online

Warhammer Online is the best of these games BUT I don't consider it a WoW clone at all as its focus was completely different.
Rift is the best one that was actually trying to do what WoW did.
