City of Heroes is an MMO about Superheroes/ Supervillains you create set in a modern city.
You will want the Sweet Tea launcher from Thunderspy's website to start. (Now if you're concerned about unknown software, you can submit this to any malware registry and it will come back clean. Security certificate is paid for but taking time.)
