While theoretically you can earn money ingame, on practice its almost impossible for new (under 1-2 years) players, so you need to buy ingame money for RL money.So you need to buy premium AND silver for deed.Also devs are known for their open favouritism to the point of deleting player's buildings and spawning items for their friends in PvP.
