Both weapons are late bloomers. At OB10 both of them are worth running as much as you can get away with, but at OB1 or 2 like you'd get after one stamp page to get an outfit? Not really doing anything, especially Yuffie's.

It makes enemies more vulnerable to single-target damage. Doesn't boost summons, doesn't boost AoE attacks including things like Cloud's DQ sword or Seph's 6 month sword which get a boost in single-target situations. Since it is a debuff to be inflicted and not just a buff, enemies will not get it if they have veil or if they are immune to that status which no boss currently is, but that was true of enfeeble once too.

The new esc sucks. Only yuffie can beat esc 25
