Nika and Echidna are not very good. They both need significant set-up to do good damage and are very squishy despite needing to get close to do their things. Whatever tier list you're seeing should be disregarded if it's telling you she's bad. You can log in with the same account on the 1Store version as the Google or Steam versions. If you're playing on PC then you may as well just use the Steam version. It's uncensored like the 1Store version, but has better graphics options than the android versions.

I wouldn't make this a habit though. In general you only want to save for EX and use SS, S and A tickets on character dupes. Probably worthwhile saving up now and then trying to get a vanguard and their EX weapon from whatever the next banner rotation is. People here and in the discord can help you figure out if one of the vanguards could be a hard carry to help you power through content. The general banner can get you anything but it can drain your resources while giving no guarantees and you can easily find yourself pulling vanguards without their weapons and vice verse, so the focused banners should be the priority and you can pull on the general banner intermittently with the banner specific tickets, not gold.

There are no limited banners, after a new banner ends the new character/weapon gets added to the general pool. If you miss a banner, it's not the end of the world. Since you already have Olivia and her weapon, you're pretty much set for steamrolling the story, which will net you a decent chunk of change and increase your passive income. Don't worry too much about maxing anything out, the game doesn't have any real content that needs it. Just slow roll it and do your dailies/weeklies and you'll be fine.

My current team is usually Olivia-Araha-Lisandria/BellaOlivia and Araha are the only ones that have their EX weapons. How come that all my units are so "slow"? When I'm doing something like Dopamine, the enemies keep looping me over and over and even kill my guys before I can even heal them.
