Dad here.My 12-year-old son got scammed on Roblox and learned a brutal lesson about trusting strangers online.A guy going by “dark_ghost” on Roblox / “ewen6027” on Discord ([FRANCE] Blox Fruits server) manipulated him into giving away his login info. The account got taken over afterward.Yeah, I know — rookie mistake. We already had the long talk about internet safety, phishing and social engineering. Lesson learned the hard way.But here’s the thing:This account wasn’t just pixels to him.It had years of progress, memories with friends, and money from his own allowance put into it.I’m asking if anyone here knows:effective ways to recover a compromised Roblox account,how to escalate a ticket properly with Roblox support,whether Discord reports on scam servers/users actually help,or any legit OSINT / recovery advice.If someone from the community can point me in the right direction, I’d genuinely appreciate it.Scammers targeting kids over Roblox accounts is just pathetic.Thanks.

>>2017862roblox support is actually very helpful if you're lucky. email them something like "My child's account got hacked, the previous email was blah blah blah, please restore this email." after that, reset the password, go through settings and remove any information you dont recognize, including a random phone number and unrecognized apps in app permissions.

>>2017862If the account has an email associated with it you can select the "forgot account password" link on the login page ( https://www.roblox.com/Login ) and then it'll ask you to type the Username of the account you've lost/want to recover then they'll ask for your email/phone number and will send you a 6 digit code and after typing the code you'll get to reset the account's password. (even if the account does not have an email/phone number associated with it atleast still try that method)If that doesnt work try going through roblox support : https://www.roblox.com/supportit takes a while to get a response.
