All that potential gone like tears in the rain. Bside had an incredible world filled with interesting characters and places and some of the best character designs in the market. And they wasted it all, imagine if they had made a manga or anime or 3d game or just anything but what they did. I think the death of CS is what finally broke the spell of gacha on me. This is so crazy hilarious that I think I actually might come back just to experience this train wreck. Do they think they can pull off a YoshiP FF14 ARR for a niche gacha? They won't get a cent of my $ this time though.
It sounds like a PR move to keep people distracted from the Revival fan project and all the negativity. The way the twitter is being advertised is that it sounds like a full rerelease and not just some offline version, otherwise they would of said that beforehand to soothe players. It could very well be the same gameplay with just rebalancing, but a story rewrite is fine since it went all downhill after the first 5 launch chapters. Except we start from scratch, which is pretty insane to the community.
If that's the case, we could even see this released before 2027. Please BSide, I need a good laugh and I'm already laughing as is. Ironically, their tweet is grabbing a shit ton of attention too.

Yeah, Ryu Geum-Tae aka Ryuko was doing a live stream shortly after the global release gushing about how successful it was and then they announced CS wasn't getting more updates shortly afterwards, basically the CEO is a fucking retard who thought SS was the success they needed so they could safely kill off CS and focus on SS, and never had the thought cross his mind that killing off CS would have a negative impact on SS.
