Is there a way to decrease the difficulty of these daily quests?
I used to auto them no problem but sometime in the past few weeks they increased the enemy strength to like 180k when my party's only at 80k at level 80.

Those are the "tower" content. You either build a team of specific faction to get a team buff (300% stat buff if you have a full roster of that specific faction) or you get stuck and just bear with it until you can make the team in the future.
