Yes. Boss DMG and ATK don't cap so it's always a good idea to consider them, specially for characters that have ATK% bonuses integrated into their kits like Esther and Mahvel.

atk, boss dmg, and ele weakness because those are double and you probably wont hit the cap for the last two.
skill cdr has no bonus and a 50% cap, and you already get 45% if you have it on your main dps mons.

I think A6 Ben is probably the strongest, but A6 Reina is about equal to A4/A5 Ben. Plus you can give her Mabel's cube for extra damage

For legendary conquest, your best bet is probably to just go all damage with Mabel/your choice of Reina Penny or Ben/Yeonwha, like that video of an anon earlier in the thread posted
